Silent Night Film

Merry Christmas!
This Christmas I wanted to make a short film that focused on the birth of Jesus Christ and why we celebrate Christmas. Upon hearing Stille Nacht (Silent Night) by Mannheim Steamroller ideas started flying.
We shot at 2 major locations.
One in St. George, Utah at the Tuacahn Festival of Lights and the second in Salt Lake City at This Is The Place Heritage Park’s Candlelight Christmas. One of my disappointments was not finding a live nativity with a real baby. (yes I understand that it is not a smart idea to have a baby out in 22 degree weather)
Special thanks to Shaye Scott, Jason Kennington, my wife Jenny, and my little Abi and Sarah.

WEVA 2008

I just got back from the 18th annual WEVA expo in Orlando, Florida. I had some flight troubles getting there but finally made it. I love see what’s new in the weddings and event industry and rubbing shoulder with other professional videographers from all around the world. Some great stuff was shown and taught. I loved it!
Why should I get a wedding film?

We could list off dozens of reasons to hire a professional videographer to film your special day, but how objective would that be? Those brides that have taken advantage of video are the best to give you their opinions of whether or not video (or as we like to call them, wedding films) is important and what they liked filming and the final product. We recently had the opportunity to interview some of our past couples and their parents, and asked them about their experience. Their answers were not scripted and are very interesting. We urge you to take a few moments and watch what they have to say, as they have gone through all this (planning a St George wedding) before.Â
Merry Christmas!
